Weekend

It’s the weekend! Isn’t it great when you wake up and have to think about what day it is.. only to realise it’s Saturday and you have no worries in the world?! That’s how it was for me today :D So I blew off breakfast and enjoyed a cappuccino instead, answered some awesome emails (love you guys) and am texting with Katie. I have absolutely no clue what today holds, but that’s what weekends are for!

I went shoe shopping yesterday, aren’t these awesome?! No I did not buy the ultra cheestastic but awesome at the same time shoes (pink, sparkles, cupcakes, come on) I actually didn’t find anything that I liked too much but I think that’s because I had my heart set on pink hello kitty vans. So I came home and found a new pair in my size on ebay woohoo! I am one of the odd ones out, I don’t enjoy shoe shopping at all. You go in, try to find something you like, have to deal with salespeople, try them on with everyones eyes on you… yah can you tell I’m shy? Hehe anyway online shoe shopping is much easier for me. I DO like shoes, they can be little pieces of art :) It’s just the shopping experience that isn’t my gig. That’s why so often I’ll tweet that I’m eshopping, because I rarely go real-life-shopping!

Now shopping for furniture.. that’s a whole different ballgame. Especially when you find stores that are just amazing and totally your style. I have a couple of those that I hit frequently, especially right now because I’m trying to find the perfect pair of nightstands. Ideally I’d like them to be big and have room to hold some clothes, maybe a blanket, and aaaall my toys :D Keep them by the bed and it’ll be easier to reach over in the middle of sex and introduce a toy! So we’ll see what I can find, hopefully sooner than later.

I hope you have a great weekend, and oh camera update.. it should be arriving on Wednesday if all goes well, and I’ll be shooting new photos and videos on Thursday and possibly Friday as well. So expect my pic/vid quality to go through the roof soon! :D

    That would’ve been nice to wake up like that on a Saturday, but I woke up at 3:00 in the afternoon, had a pretty good amount of homework/reading to do, and now I’m up at nearly 4:00 in the morning with stomach pains. I did play a good amount of the original Mario Party with my roommate though, so that was at least fun! Good to see someone else had an overall good, carefree day though. :)

    How did the shopping go? Did you manage to get the big nightstands, you were looking for? I am just curious.
