I love this store. Lately I have really been in the decorating mood, oddly enough not the holiday decorations but just house decorations, art, and furniture. I have always been a minimalist, I don’t like “stuff” just sitting around collecting dust and I really don’t like getting attached to objects, but a few things here or there just make life easier.. and sometimes the look of a room can totally alter your mood! For example, my living room was really dark for the longest time, and now that we’ve got a bright white carpet, I put my red flower paintings out there that you all love so much, and I got some red vases with candles in them that give off a nice warm glow it feels so romantic and relaxing! Plus that little leather bench with storage right by my front door is such a huge help when I put on my boots before I leave. Urban Barn is a pretty funky store and that’s why I love it, and it’s also pretty decently priced! This is the place I got my bed frame and bedside tables at, for example. Anyway today I plan on making another trip because I always find something awesome for my house to make it feel more like a home. PS–can you believe it’s December already? Wow!

looks like a cool online store, if you like that store you might want to check out dwell magazine..really cool design. happy holidays

Nice, looks like a cool shop, I don’t know if they’ve got them up in Canada, but I’ve always ebbn a fan of crate and barrel and z gallerie.

Yeah, the closest one to me is like an hour away, kind of sucks. You should see if their online store will ship to you.
