Last night was taco night!  Home made of course, the best kind.  We chopped up tomatoes, green peppers, grated cheese and lettuce, threw some spices in with the meat and made some tacos!  James had the hard shell kind which he let me try and I regretted not eating myself.. and I had the soft shell kind.  I chose soft because it’s a lot less messy, but the hard ones taste way better!  So next time it’s hard shell all around.  Those don’t even really look like tacos hey?

So I’m pre-packing for my flight for Christmas.. pre-packing is running through everything in your brain and thinking of what you will need and not need, remembering where everything is.. I really should write all this down.  I’m bringing some kitchen utensils with me to donate to the brother-moving-out-soon cause.  Isn’t that what family is for, to “donate” all your hand-me-downs to other family members?

On my flight back I get to stop and visit with a friend that I haven’t seen in a year and a half!  This time I will get to meet her new bambino.. he is expected any day now!  I will have to take a photo when we meet up.

Now after looking at tacos while writing this I am getting hungry.. and unfortunately it is 12:44am and I know I will be having wonky dreams yet again from eating so late at night!  Oh well Ciao!
