Jello

I have been planning this awesome schedule since before I got back from Vegas. You know the type, the “yeah! I’m going to wake up at this time every day, be in bed by this time, quit eating this, start eating that, and oh yeah exercise and drink tons of water, and maybe take over the world in my spare time!” plans. That was basically mine, but I under estimated my work load (it’s a TON of work arranging 4 new solo sites) and alas my insomnia kicked in. Is it still insomnia if you just don’t enjoy sleeping? In any case, my 11pm bedtime was pushed back until 4am or so, but I did get my eating in to the clean track today, and worked my ass out! I need a few more things for my gym downstairs, then I can be a machine. But for now, 30 minutes after my workout and a shower later, I can barely hold my arms up to type this, or walk up the stairs to my office, I feel like jello. It feels GOOD though
I read something inspiring last night, about working out, that the brain will give up before your muscles would. So with that in mind today, I pushed myself a good 50% harder than I usually would and I can tell already. Now my only task (for me) for the rest of the day, is to drink a ton of (and nothing but) water, and to keep my foods as close to 1 ingredient as I can (ie; vegetables, fruits, fish etc). We’ll see how this goes, anyone want to join in with me on any part? I’d love workout/eating clean e-buddies!

“keep my foods as close to 1 ingredient as I can (ie; vegetables, fruits, fish etc)”
Huh. Interesting. Can you explain why?

Main reason is because I’m trying to detox from Vegas a bit, my body feels so dehydrated and put through the ringer, and just full of crap. I’m going for a massage tonight too to help release toxins.. and because it’ll feel damn good haha. I saw a documentary a few years ago where people were taken out of their lives and funny enough put in a zoo in their own little area (with a house and beds and all the normal stuff) but were only given 1 ingredient foods, to which they could use together to create whatever meals they wanted.. anyway they all lost weight, looked incredibly healthy at the end of the 6 weeks or so and some even stopped taking some health pills because they didn’t need them anymore. If you google “1 ingredient diet” there’s lots, like this guy: http://becomeabeast.com/one-ingredient-diet-day-1 I’m not saying the word “diet” in the sense of, do this for a certain amount of time to lose weight.. I say the word diet in the sense of lifestyle of eating, with no plan to quit and go back to eating junk (although I’m sure after a while I’ll relax and enjoy some restaraunt food here and there once I feel healthier). I just want to feel better inside again, and I can tell my body is pissed because it’s been so long since I’ve gotten sick!

Wow – thanks for the knowledge, Bryci – I hadn’t heard about that.

Nooo problem
It’s not far off how I’ve eaten for years, just trying to focus on cutting out fast food here and there.

Proud of you! <3

Interesting , but I think a 1 ingredient diet would be rather boring after an extended time . One would be more likely to binge after a time , just saying . That said I think that a few days of it might be good or perhaps one day a week and the rest of the week just a good balanced diet perhaps a tad higher in protien than carbs . Same with restaraunt food . Just pick healthy choices when you go . Personally I’m a sucker for pasta and we all know what that can do .
Good luck and please keep us posted on how things are working . Hope you feel better and get that kink worked out .

Actually I’ve never been a fan of eating, or cooking, so it works perfectly for me. I’ve lived on basic foods for most of my life (ie, a meal of chicken breast, baby potatoes, steamed spinach) so it’s really just a matter of not bowing to tiredness and grabbing some A&W

Hmm ,Sounds like a good meal to me . Love chicken breast grilled , and new potato , and spinich . I love to cook , something I learned from my mom and grandmom . Know just what you mean about bowing to tiredness . I’m as guilty of that as anyone . I take it you are a rootbeer fan . For me its Mr Pibbs lol . Or my coffee . Be drinking lots of that today . Chores to do before Tstoms start .

Yes root beer is one of my weaknesses.. trying to stick to water though

Lately, I’ve started practicing parkour. Let me tell ya, it is kicking my ass. When I first started doing kong vaults (look it up if you’re not familiar with the term) my abs, arms, and legs were hurting so much by the end of my sesh. And I still haven’t been able to perfect it. I go to a gymnastics gym so that if I fall or something, I’ll at least be safe. Parkour is more used for urban environments though so that’s where I would be able to put what I’ve learned to the test. It’s tough and extremely athletic. I enjoy it though. It’s good for people who like thrills and just being able to do some unbelievable stuff. I actually just got back from that gym (speak of the devil) so I’m feeling pretty sore. And I’m gonna be going for a run on Friday. You wanted a workout e-buddy? You got one.
I raise my water bottle to you.

Sweet! Parkour is intense, I’ve got to stay away from things that’ll give me bruises, those aren’t too sexy in photos
We can still be e-workout buds though! I’m planning to do my workouts mon-wed-fri until my body isn’t screaming at me inbetween ha!

Haha yeah, you really need a “fuck it” kind-of attitude when you wanna do this kind of stuff. Not to mention a ton of confidence and loss of fear. Don’t try it though because, like you said, we wouldn’t want bruises on that gorgeous body of yours.
I run every Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday with 2 days of cross-training in between. Parkour on Wednesdays and whatever else I can think of on Saturday. Let’s say swimming cause I do that a lot heh. I have a pretty filled schedule. I’m pretty much doing at least one thing every day except Mondays and Thursdays. We gotta be dedicated to this stuff, Bryci. hahaha

And then to stay in shape the best activity is sex!
Sorry, I saw the video and bondage shower at the end before it’s over you after you kneel and do what you think with your boyfriend? You look great and make a perfect couple! However, I also bought me the same handcuffs video and want to use them with my wife … Sorry for my english … Gianni from Turin
