Do errands ever end?

I really don’t think they do! Todays errands were fun though, or at least I had fun while doing them. I had to run to the store to return a few things and I got a bunch of fruit and veggies and fish, good healthy stuff for supper. We came home and made supper, fish fillets and steamed brocolli, carrots, beans and calliflower, with some garlic alfredo spaghetti, yum! I’m sticking on my damned model diet though so I didn’t eat a ton of spaghetti, so I’ve got some leftover with some leftover veggies for a snack tomorrow. Am I the only one who thinks that leftovers taste better than when you first cook the food? I’m really not sure why, and some things like egg salad I will make and not even eat until the next day for that reason! I make a wicked egg salad by the way.. same with devilled eggs heh :) I’m really enjoying cooking lately, I never used to but it’s fun so I won’t question it! I’m off to play some mario on the wii, have a kickass night!
