My brain always works like this, I just get flitting ideas every few minutes. They’re mostly about my website because I am completely obsessed with it (not complaining!) Anyway I was working away and got this amazing idea while listening to this song… you may have heard it, Last Dance with Mary Jane, by Tom Petty. Anyway, my idea is for a video. This song is actually kind of special to me, you know how you can smell a certain scent and it zips your brain back in time to this ONE moment? This song always does that for me.. I’d been crushing HARD on a girl when I was in high school (start fantasy mode… but this is real!) she was brunette, had short shaggy type hair that was always in her beautiful eyes, and the most killer body, rock hard and I just lost ability to speak whenever I saw her in a tight shirt. Anyway, she was a little younger than me, but totally cocky and full of attitude so it didn’t matter. I was in grade 12, and she was in grade 10 so we didn’t see each other much other than at parties. So one weekend, it was late fall so it was crisp and chilly outside and I couldn’t wait to get inside.. I went to this house party at a place I’d never been I had no clue who the house belonged to (do we ever at house parties?). We finally get there and the place is packed, it’s already late at night but I didn’t care. We squeeze in the side entrance door because it’s the only way in we could find. I look up the white carpeted stairs and see there’s a clearing in the living room, just enough where my small group of friends can hang out, so we make our way up there. This song, last dance with mary jane, comes on and it’s the first time I’ve heard it. It’s slow and sensual and I love it already! I start taking off my jacket and look around for a couch to throw it on…. and there she is. She’s in a skin tight black shirt but I can still see her curves, and faded blue jeans that show off her butt so so nicely. She sees me and.. just smiles this wicked cocky grin that she always smiles when we see each other. I can feel myself blush.. I’ve known for a couple years that I’m undeniably into girls big time, but have never done anything about it or even mentioned it to anyone.

Thankfully I’ve got an excuse to go over to her, I need a place to put my coat.. besides it just got REALLY hot in the room. It’s packed in the house, and the music is SO loud, which I wouldn’t have any other way because she comes up to me really closely, and says “hey” right in my ear, nice and slowly, and I can feel her hot breath on my neck. Looking back, I’m so proud that I was even able to speak I was so hot and bothered. We sat down close on the couch and talked for a few minutes and just watching her lips was amazing. Then the next thing I knew… someone came to the door and yelled her name, it was her ride home for the night. I got one last killer look, and a goodbye. I could’ve found a million dollars that night and I still would’ve been disapointed haha! I thought I would have seen her at a party afterwards, but that was the last time I saw her.

NOW back to my video idea… since I couldn’t end that night the way I would have wanted to… I’d REALLY like to recreate it as best as I could. Party, white carpet, this song playing, and incredibly scorching hot brunette… maybe we start off on the couch, then dance a little together.. and then end up ripping each others clothes off and finally fulfulling my fantasy Jees… if nothing else you can bet money on what my dreams will be like tonight
