Wow today is a hot one! Having visitors that are from colder areas of the world come visit you in the summer is funny, they are soooo hot! We hung out at the beach a little but I don’t want anyone to get sick from heat or sunstroke so we spent the rest of the day shopping at random stores around town and at the mall, gotta love that free air conditioning! Suprisingly I didn’t buy anything, but it was a lot of fun just checking things out and lounging with them. Tonight we’re planning on watching a movie and calling it early, I think the heat has made them tired hehe!

Ooooee! I love visitors coming out to see me, sooo much fun! This time it is my brother and his girlfriend so we should have a blasty blast the whole time they are here. They’ve been meaning to come visit for quite some time but at the last second he says “Oh by the way… we’ll be there in a few days” LOL! Yikes he sure didn’t give me much notice but family and friends and good times are my favorite things in life so I’ll always make time for them. I had to run out and get some goodies for them since I’m a health nut and don’t expect many other people to live on fruits/veggies/fish all the time, so I picked up some alphagetti, strawberry mini wheats, ice cream and some other random things. For some reason I always turn into little miss hostess whenever people are over, gotta make everyone feel at home. Hope you have a good day too!

Today is a shoot day, an early one! We have unexpected company coming to visit tomorrow so I won’t be able to shoot for a bit so I wanted to make sure I’ve got lots of goodies in store!

Today was my first sort of day off in a while and it felt pretty nice. I went around and did the little random things I had been putting on the back burner, like going to the library and it was awesome to have a little me time. I went shopping for a bit and finally found a cowboy hat for an outdoor country girl shoot I’ve got planned with some little denim shorts, it’ll be a ton of fun. We went to the beach for a bit to chill out and relax with a couple drinks, it was soo nice to just hang out. We went scouting for locations afterwards since it was finally cool enough and we found some great ones that I’m excited to shoot at this upcoming week. I’ll have to do it quick though because I just got a phone call tonight from family, looks like they’re coming to visit! That will be fun, but it means a lot of work has to be done before they get here so I will be a busy bee this weekend shooting new photos and videos, let me know if you’ve got any suggestions!

My brand new members area is finally here! Oh wow did we ever work hard on it, even late into the morning today! But it’s done, it’s beautiful, it’s everything I could have hoped for plus there’s tons of brand new content. I’m happy! I was planning on getting up super early this morning to do some shooting outdoors but figured since I was up late and have worked super hard long hours this week that I will take today off and spend it at the beach with a beer. I’ve got a dentist appointment to go to first, ack! Just a simple cleaning, got to take care of your pearly whites so they serve you well for your whole life don’t ya know.
