Today is Sunday, usually called Lazy Sundays although I really don’t consider my Sundays to be lazy anymore!  I try to stay off the computer on Sundays to keep my sanity, for sort of a breather, but obviously I don’t stay away all day   Sundays are now my cleaning days, I have a bad memory and am pretty busy during the week, so having a designated day means that everything stays clean!  I love how clean-house smells too, and I’ve got the laundry going which means fresh laundry smell as well!

Now that I’m done cleaning the house I will probably spend my day in and out of the bella forums, I’m addicted.. and doing my sewing projects!  A friend bought me a pretty black dress, which is actually in the next update for my site!  It needed to be hemmed a bit so today is the day, plus I bought another pretty gray dress that needs hemmed as well, damn being short!  A few pillows on the couch need to be fixed as well, so that is the rest of my day.  Although later I’ll be treating myself to Wendy’s taco salad, they are to die for!

We also picked up the Wii a couple days ago, woohoo!  I’ve been wanting one for so long so we treated ourselves.  We only got a few games, it came with wii sports and we got Paper Mario and one other sports game.  I’m looking forward to getting the wii fit, and dance dance!  I school James at the sports.. except tennis.  I’ll probably be bopping around the living room later this evening after my sewing is done.  Wish you could join me!

Has it really been 5 days since I blogged last?  Sorry about that, it seems like it was just yesterday!  I’ve been busy shooting this week, we went for a more casual style with a couple of the photo shoots and I love how they turned out!  With the new camera, the colors just pop, especially at 4000 pixels big.  It makes me want to get some bright colors when choosing my outfits to shoot in!  As a matter of fact.. I went out shopping last night and bought a very pretty blue dress with purple flowers on it, very spring and flowery!  Now if only the weather would smarten up and allow me to shoot outdoors without freezing my butt off.. that’s what I get for living in Canada.

Tomorrow is another shoot day, I’m crossing my fingers in hopes that it will be sunny and cloudless and not too cold so that we can get outdoors for some shoots.  There is a huge wall of graffiti that is just beautiful that I wanted to shoot in front of among some other ideas I had, it’s been a while since we’ve gotten outdoors so it would be nice. Next week we’ve rented a condo to shoot in that is just gorgeous, I’m looking forward to a nice big bubble bath!  Today though is just going to be a relaxed day, I’m thinking of going to look for some clothing for photos to get out of the house later, but right now I’m going to start off with a nice big bowl of fruit loops!

Well I can’t really say I am Iron Man, because I’m quite clearly a woman   Anyway I grabbed a few t-shirts a few weeks ago that are awesome, including this wonder woman t-shirt, a blue superman shirt, a yoshi (nintendo) shirt, and a mario/mushroom shirt.  They’re all pretty badass.  I didn’t have a watchmen t-shirt to throw on for our trip to the theatre so wonder woman had to do.  Anyway click here to check out the watchmen trailer, and definitely don’t go to the theatre to watch it.  Maybe it’s because you need to know the back story on the comic, and since I didn’t it just didn’t make sense.. or maybe the movie just sucked I’m not quite sure.  In any case, we left the theatre before it even finished.

In other news, the library emailed to say that I’d received a book I had on order, the Lynne Spears tale of Britney and family.  I’m not sure why but I enjoy biographies much more than any other type of book, even more than my girl fluff fiction novels.  I read Jenna Jamesons’ biography and loved it, I even plan on buying it so I can re-read it, and that rarely happens.  I started reading the Motley Crue biography but the library demanded it back since I’d had it for so long.   Some day I’ll get back to it and finish, it’s a good tale of sex drugs and rock ‘n roll so you should grab it!

Tonight we’re staying in, lighting some candles (I’ve fallen in love with this type of lighting lately) and watching the movie Twilight.  It’s the vampire movie, we started watching it last night but I was much too tired to continue so we’ll finish tonight with some dill pickle chips and nuts and chocolate yum.  I grabbed some new drink as well, Vitao?  Not sure what it’s called but it’s in a can.. not sure if it’s carbonated, it says it’s a cold red tea, with acai blueberry in it hmm.  Carbonation in pop generally gives me stomach aches so I was looking for something different with my chippies.  I love me some dill pickle! Lately I’ve been on a natural kick, it came out of no where and was fueled by the Internet.. damn Internet!  I always have the weirdest thoughts while I’m in the shower, and about a week ago I began wondering just what is in my toothpaste. Why can’t we swallow this stuff?  It can’t be good, should I really be putting it in my mouth?  These kinds of paranoid thoughts (I think came from an episode of CSI) persuaded me to research ingredients in things like toothpastes and shampoos and wow, sure learnt a lot of stuff but it felt like at the end of the day, everything gives you cancer so screw it I’m going to stick with my damn toothpaste.  I tried this soap bar from a natural cosmetics store and it just sucks badly, leaves me with that dry skin feeling that I used to have when I was little and used Zest (you know that stuff from Zellers that you couldn’t wait to get out of the shower and put lotion on because it dried out your skin..) yeah it feels like that.  The damn saleswoman got me with “It’s got actual chocolate in it!” and silly me didn’t put 2+2 together.. now my shower needs to be cleaned because it’s got brown skid marks all over hah!  Back to the pomegranate soap I love so much (smells great, try it)!

This past week has felt sort of like Christmas to me, which is great!  I’ve been receiving things in the mail from fans and it’s so much fun!  I just got some wicked pasties from Charles, what a sweetie.  They are very burlesque, especially the white lace hearts.

So a month has passed with the hair bet, and so far neither of us have cut our hair.. though I have seen a glimmer of hope a few days ago, James was going nuts!  I personally think hair/no hair, both look great on guys, but I’d imagine a shaved head is much less upkeep.  C’mon shopping spree!  My dad and I were speaking a while ago and he most definitely is my hippie-hero, he’s almost got hair as long as mine!  He’s encouraging me to keep not dying my hair, and to grow it out really long so I can donate to locks of love.  I think that sounds like a fantastic idea and I’m sure my members will love that I’m growing my hair out, and it helps me in the hair bet too because I have a goal, something to look forward too!   Exciting!

Today is a very lazy day, I had an amazing lunch of shrimp, steamed spinach, and rice.. yum!  I’m trying to jump back on the eating healthy bandwagon as I’ve got bad tummy problems that only get worse with bad food so fish/fruit/veggies is pretty much what I SHOULD be eating… *dreams of strawberry cupcakes* oh well I’ll treat myself sometimes!  But it always makes me feel extra sexy in front of the camera when I’ve been eating healthy, and we’re shooting tomorrow!  I’ve got some great ideas.. I picked up some strawberries and whip cream hint hint… Very fun times to be had here!  I’m thinking of getting out of the house to get rid of some energy, I’ve been cooped up all day.  Hope everyone had a great Thursday, almost TGIF!
