I just love calling them brassiere’s, sounds sexy.  Anyway, I’ve been getting a few “WTF?” from my stated bra size of 28FF.  For those of you who have been around these parts for a while and have read my past blog posts, I wrote about going to get professionally fitted for a bra.  Since then I’ve had some people saying, “Why Bryci, how the hell can those be FF, when I’ve seen girls with DD’s that look the same as yours?”  Well my friend, I’ve got photo evidence of such outlandish claims.. so behold the bra tag!

Anyway, the bra that I’m wearing in this photo is a Freya (brand name) and they are made in the UK.  All of my 28FF bra’s are actually made in the UK, which is why I go by the UK size 28FF.  If I were to buy a bra made in the US, my size would be 28H (like you can see on the tag in the photo above).

Now to get a bit technical on you and explain why you see SO many women claiming they’re a D, DD etc.. is because what’s the most popular underwear store in Canada/US?  Why, La Senza/Victoria Secret!  These stores don’t usually even carry a DD!  For shits ‘n giggles, right after I went to get professionally sized, I went to a La Senza and got measured as a 32D.  Just so you can see the difference, in my ice cream photoshoot that is a 32D, that poor bra barely covers my nipples!  Now you see why you always hear “80% of women wear the wrong bra size!

Anyway on with the technical stuff.  I was measured using the new school thought, of measuring inches of your ribcage, and that’s what band size you are.  Most places will measure your ribcage, then add 4 or 5 and voila, you get your band size!  That’ll make your band ride up in the back which is a no-no, because your bra band is where you’re supposed to get 90% of your support for the ladies!

So, since I’m a 28H in US sizes, I’d also technically be a 34DD.  How the hell did I come up with that?  It goes like this…

US cup sizes – D, DD, DDD, DDDD/G, H

So, for me to go from H, and back up to a DD.. I’d have to add a band size each time.  So, 28H = 30G = 32DDD = 34DD.   Why wouldn’t I just wear a 34DD then, especially because it’s easy to find in stores?  Because you’re supposed to get your support from the band, it should fit pretty snug, and 34DD just doesn’t do it for me.  Since you’re adding material in the band, you can take it away from the cup.  I’ve probably lost most of you, hell most people are only going to look at the pretty picture above… but I wanted to write this for the girls.  For the boys that are still with me, I’ve got to say.. take your girl to go get professionally sized and she will love you!   Happy bra day everyone, ciao!

It’s that day again, you either hate it or love it!  It’s never really been my cup of tea, I’m not fond of the “hallmark holiday” where you’re supposed to be nice and caring and loving… on one day.  It should be every day! 

We went out for supper last night and I had the yummiest cheeseburger and bunny food on the side, I was going to snap a photo because these burgers are just as beautiful as they are yummy… but I was apparently so hungry that I forgot, until I was done eating.  Oh well!

Today I’m running to the library to return some books and pick up one that I have ordered in, it’s the book of Britney Spears written by her mom Lynne Spears, should be a good read!  I’m not sure why, but I’ve really been into documentarys lately.  The Jenna Jameson biography, How To Make Love Like A Pornstar, was really really good!  It’s not about how to make love like a pornstar, it’s about her life since she was little, how she became a pornstar etc etc.. anyway I’m sure I’ve written about it here before heh.

Sigh, now I’m hungry and craving that damn cheeseburger again…. me thinks I’m going to try to convince someone to go out for some eats soon.   Hope everyone has a great day, ciao!

  Last night we boogied to go grocery shopping, grr I hate grocery shopping.  I really don’t know why.. maybe it’s just the store we go to.  I have a love/hate relationship with food.. I hate buying/prepping/cooking.. but I love eating lol!  Anyway while we were there this little kidlet was boogying around the whole store pushing a wheeled holder for shopping baskets, not a clue where mom and dad was but he was having a blast!

We went out for supper to this place by ours and had an amazing burger.. I don’t think I took a breath the whole time I was eating.. I just inhaled that thing!  I had a salad with it so it wasn’t that bad…   I try to get my bunny food in there somewhere, even if it is alongside a greasy BBQ cheeseburger.

Last night we caught Paul Blart: Mall Cop and it was awesome!  My favorite movies are comedies, and though this one was light hearted and full of cheesy jokes, I laugh at the times where he falls on his butt the most!  If you’re looking for a fun night, definitely catch this movie.  

Today is video update day on my site and we added not one but two videos woot!  Yes one of them is my latest Ask Bryci, I answered all of my latest questions, sorry about the lighting.. I forgot to do it during the day when there is a lot of natural light.  Can’t wait to get a new video camera sheesh!  Anyway I’m off to shower, enjoy your day, ciao!

Well guys, today started off pretty good!  I went to run some errands, had to stop at the grocery store and on the way we grabbed some sushi yum!  It was 2 for 1 sushi at my favorite place woohoo!  I grabbed a huge thing of solo california rolls, then some sashimi yum!  Okay well it was actually nigiri sushi (the big chunk of fish on top of a bed of rice) but I just ate it solo, which is called sashimi.  Enough sushi lesson, but doesn’t it look good? Yum.. acquired taste though I know.

After that we boogied on home to get ready for a new segment of Ask Bryci! because I had a few more questions sent in today by Christopher so I had a full list.  I usually wait until I have about 10 or so questions.  If anyone wants to send me a question here in the comments, or email me at askbryci@gmail.com with some questions (be nice please) that would be awesome!   Off to eat me second sushi meal for supper, ciao!
