Today is my birthday, hello 23!  I had a pretty damn good day too.  I slept in until noon then relaxed until supper time and went out for supper at Kelseys.  We were thinking of taking in a moving afterwards but to be honest I was just way too sleepy! 

But on the way home we stopped to grab some magazines, the obligatory few makeup pieces, and woohoo a new humidifier!   We have a cold one that is noisy and well, cold.. so we grabbed a warm air humidifier because supposedly they’re a bit quieter, and as I use mine at night I’d like to have it a bit quieter so hopefully it will work! 

I also got presented with the yummiest triple chocolate cupcake to celebrate my bday *gush*  I LOVE cupcakes.  Like, an unhealthy obsession, but somehow I manage to not eat them everyday, so today I allowed myself to totally indulge because hell, it was a present! 

Tonight will be spent in my new hello kitty pajamas infront of the tv enjoying season 1 of The X-Files dun dun dun!  Are you an x-files fan?  I’d never seen it before until we bought the dvd set of season one and so far so good!  Off to make popcorn, ciao!

It’s been so long since I’ve been well enough to go shopping, and tonight I got a ton of goodies!  I got a few new bras, a jacket that I’ve been looking for forever, and a new pink hoodie!  Here I am being a goof in my new jacket!

While we were out we grabbed some A&W, yep no sushi this time!  I just wasn’t feeling it.. I think because of the cold weather I’ve been craving hot foods.  We caught up with a friend while we were out and it was really good to see her, she’s preggers (who isn’t in my world lately it seems) and is busy doing.. pregnant people stuff!  I suppose I will find out what that is when I go down that road, until then I get to hear stories about heart burn and crazy cravings.

I think next year for Christmas I am going to plan a trip to the Bahamas with James and ditch town for the whole month of December.  Hell, lets just make it November through January to cover the whole season, and call it a business trip! :p  It’s just a very stressful time of year, and while I get the whole wanting to be with family.. I just think it’s retarded how costs of everything goes up because well, people can charge more because they know people will spend the money!  I would really like to just skip the whole thing and get together in the summer at a beach but… I really don’t see that happening.  So I will keep my spiked eggnog close during the holidays and stay in my booze induced haze so I miss the drama hah!  How is everyone else’s holiday plans coming along?  Ciao!

That’s right, my very own Hello Kitty pajamas came in the mail yesterday!  My mom knows I have loved the cute hello kitty since I was little so since we couldn’t celebrate my bday together she sent me a present!  Isn’t it cute?  The T-shirt is red even though it looks orange in the picture.. damn webcam quality at night!  It came with baby blue pj bottoms with little hearts all over, very comfy.

I have been SUCH a hermit this winter I swear!  I shudder every time I think about going outside, since being sick though it was like the season changed from fall to winter while I was in bed!  I bundle up with a big puffer coat and a scarf and I’m still shivering like a little chihuahua!

So my bday is on this Sunday and I’m planning on going out for supper and a movie, Four Christmases woohoo!  I think supper will be at Kelsey’s because someone likes the peppercorn cheeseburger there… I’m just excited because birthday supper means a great excuse for dessert.  Anyway I’m off for supper, ciao!

You know what’s weird?  I used to hate going to the theatre, and now I actually enjoy it!  I think I just had a lot of bad experiences with people kicking my chair or something :p  Notice I’m not a movie snack type person, absolutely everything at the movie theatres gives me a stomach ache!  So I just grab a coke and I’m set

I’ve been excited for winter for the past few weeks but it just isn’t coming!  No snow yet, but I am bundling up to go out.. even though it’s barely below freezing!  What gives, I’m always used to snow on my birthday (November 30th) but I don’t think I’ll get it this year!

I’m trying to plan things for my trip at Christmas time, I’m flying back to visit family for a week which will be exciting, it’s been over half a year since I have seen my family eek!  You should never go that long, especially because my family are my best friends!  I haven’t started Christmas shopping yet, I’m one of those week before Christmas shoppers :p  But I do give things a lot of thought, it just takes me a while to get out there and grab things!  I’m going to be stocking up on gravol for my flight because I get horribly nauseous when I fly.  Last time I made the mistake of having a few drinks while on the plane, that did not help!

We watched the AMA’s and I never usually watch awards shows but it was fun seeing the performances.  I really liked Pink’s performance, and the Pussycat Dolls too.  I just think the blonde pussycat doll is hot and like watching her kick her leg above her head, it’s crazy!  Anyway I’m back to work, ciao!
